- Provide operational and program support to the Employee Experience and Engagement and Business Partner teams.
- Manage recurring priorities, employee requests, communications, documentation, and follow-up.
- Monitor Workday Help, support manager office hours, answer routine questions, explain policies and people processes, triage and track requests, and follow through promptly.
- Offer employees a trusted channel for questions, feedback, and concerns, escalating sensitive or complex issues as needed.
- Coordinate voluntary departures, exit interviews, leave documentation, Workday transactions and tasks, system testing, and tracker updates.
- Support employee check-ins and focus groups, identifying themes related to employee experience.
- Share insights from exit interviews, check-ins, listening activities, and routine requests.
- Advise employees and managers on development opportunities, performance, engagement, and retention.
- Support performance reviews, talent assessments, merit cycles, employee moves, retention initiatives, communications, reporting, scheduling, and process administration.
- Run employee experience and culture programs, including Basis Bravo, Basis Cares, recognition, mentorship, Workhuman, and culture campaigns.
- Support Basis Neighborhood Networks, HQ Week, employee appreciation initiatives, events, resources, and communications.
- Work with Talent and Development teams to plan, coordinate, communicate, deliver, and maintain programs.
- Assist with projects and other team needs.

- PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in HR, employee experience or relations, people program administration, program coordination, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience with Workday, Workhuman, employee lifecycle processes, or people program administration preferred.
