- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience
- Strong verbal communication and active-listening abilities
- Accurate data-entry skills and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to operate multiple systems while speaking with callers

- A quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Windows 11 computer
- At least 8GB of RAM, with 16GB recommended
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired high-speed internet service
- Direct Ethernet connection
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Dual monitors are recommended
- MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted
- Complete the required certification before providing service
