Remote Copyeditor for Amazon Product Listings at TransPerfect
TransPerfect is seeking a remote Copyeditor to refine Amazon product listings and marketing content in US English. The role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and compliance with style and platform guidelines.

- Edit and proofread copy for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting in US English
- Verify product data, names, measurements, and factual details for accuracy and consistency
- Identify character-limit violations, structural issues, prohibited terms, and diversity and inclusion concerns
- Follow style guides, approved naming files, and project briefs
- Partner with writers to clarify and resolve content questions
- Adjust to varying content formats and project requirements as needed
- Review Amazon product listings, theme-related copy, and other ad hoc materials before publication

- Available for remote work during US Eastern Time
- Demonstrated copyediting or proofreading experience, preferably with e-commerce, retail, or marketing content
- Native-level proficiency in US English
- Highly attentive to detail
- Able to maintain accuracy while handling high volumes and deadlines
- Comfortable following established guidelines and recognizing when an issue should be flagged rather than corrected
- Flexible when moving between different content types
- Familiarity with Amazon listing requirements is advantageous
- A bachelor's degree is requested in the application questions
- Include an hourly rate in USD
- State weekly availability and your current US time zone of residence in the application materials or questions as requested
