Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote
ABC Legal Services is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist for remote work in the United States. The role covers vendor records, payments, journal entries, and general-ledger reconciliations.

- Support the accounts payable workflow using NetSuite and related software
- Maintain independent-contractor vendor records, including W-9 forms
- Work with the vendor support team to manage relationships with new and existing vendors
- Process bills accurately and on time in accordance with departmental procedures
- Trace and verify bank transactions
- Prepare and record journal entries
- Reconcile general-ledger accounts
- Answer payment questions from contractors and internal departments
- Help the accounting team manage company expenses

- Availability to work Eastern Time hours
