Learning Technology Assistant
Support Mears Group’s housing and care services by administering learning systems, maintaining learner records and digital content, and providing first-line support remotely across the UK.

- Handle day-to-day learning administration, from shared inboxes and session bookings to attendance records and learner feedback.
- Manage course enrolments, information and learner records in the Learning Management System.
- Help automate learning workflows, including notifications, request logging and administrative reminders.
- Provide first-line assistance to learners, managers and instructors, referring complex issues for further support.
- Help maintain accessible digital learning materials and resources.
- Keep accurate records of requests, actions and recurring issues.
- Assist in managing the library of digital learning materials.
- Contribute to developing AI agents and document feedback on their effectiveness.
