- Schedule one-time and recurring communications through WhatsApp, RCS, and email.
- Prepare WhatsApp HSM templates and submit them for approval.
- Test campaigns before launch.
- Track delivery, readership, responses, and conversions, then report campaign results.
- Help maintain automated CRM journeys.
- Assist with KoviMotora+ loyalty workflows, including driver segmentation by tier and city.
- Help generate tickets operationally during periods of high volume.
- Keep the CRM calendar current and coordinate the message queue.
- Respond to communication-related operational requests from CX, Product, Billing, and Operations teams.

- Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Ability to filter, segment, and clean database lists using Excel or Google Sheets.
