Lead strategic global accounts and major projects across Hempel’s offshore wind coatings business. Grow revenue through customer partnerships, commercial planning, and coordinated execution across international teams.

  • Shape and deliver global account strategies and operating plans for the offshore wind value chain
  • Own strategic key accounts and strengthen lasting customer relationships
  • Pursue opportunities to expand revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Guide complex global projects from initial opportunity assessment and qualification through bids, execution, and delivery
  • Build commercial approaches covering customer engagement, value propositions, pricing, stakeholder analysis, and competitive positioning
  • Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Operations, Quality, and other functions
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, risk controls, performance measurement, and market intelligence
  • Develop new growth opportunities while upholding quality, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Report to the Head of Global Key Account Management Renewables
  • Strengthen customer engagement, cross-functional alignment, win rates, and commercial performance

Талаптар

  • Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • At least five years of experience in commercial, sales, account management, or project management roles
  • Experience in offshore wind, wind energy, coatings, engineering, or fabrication is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in global account management, complex sales, and/or project management
  • Substantial experience collaborating across functions, regions, and cultures
  • Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and project governance
  • PMP, PRINCE2, NACE/FROSIO, or comparable certification is advantageous
  • Fluent English; additional relevant languages are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong project management expertise
  • Ability to lead and influence varied stakeholders without formal authority
  • Combination of strategic judgment and practical execution
  • Strong negotiation and customer engagement abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence engaging with C-suite stakeholders
  • Consistent and disciplined CRM and forecasting practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment
  • Ability to communicate project progress and risks clearly
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and ongoing improvement
