Provide executive support to F5’s Corporate Strategy and M&A leaders, coordinating demanding schedules, travel, events, and confidential information. This hybrid position is based in San Jose.

Сипаттама

  • Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, appointments, visitor arrangements, expenses, and complex travel.
  • Work independently, take ownership, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Plan and support team events.
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams both remotely and in the office.
  • Coordinate with fellow Executive Assistants to keep meetings organized and participants prepared.
  • Move throughout the office to carry out essential duties.
  • Learn executives’ areas of responsibility to manage calendars proactively and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Identify and address conflicts and needs independently.
  • Manage correspondence and compile sensitive information.
  • Follow F5’s Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.

  • At least five years of experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational ability, including managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to execute independently and seek answers, context, or guidance when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with foresight to anticipate needs and act proactively.
  • Proficiency with Excel, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Smartsheet experience is a plus.
  • Shows initiative and sound judgment.
  • Project management skills.
  • Careful, punctual, and diligent work habits.
  • Able to use a computer in an office setting.
