  • Oversee executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organize internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
  • Prepare and submit expense reports through Concur
  • Act as a liaison among executives, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence for executive leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and related communications
  • Support special projects by tracking progress and maintaining deadlines
  • Assist with project management tasks using tools such as Asana
  • Provide administrative support to the executive leadership team in a fast-paced environment

  • At least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a comparable role
  • Prior experience supporting executives in a corporate or professional services setting is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in calendar management and travel coordination
  • Experience supporting executives and senior leadership
  • Project management or project support experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Asana is advantageous
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to travel to Farmington, Connecticut, approximately once per quarter
  • Availability to attend two company-wide annual events each year
  • Candidates based outside Connecticut must be willing to travel to the Connecticut office once per quarter
