  • Manage client relationships and execute account plans that strengthen partnerships, expand print and digital offerings, and improve loyalty
  • Find business development opportunities across the assigned territory
  • Work with sales representatives to advance business growth
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals in pursuit of revenue goals and strategic priorities
  • Resolve customer concerns with prompt, practical solutions
  • Contribute to market analysis activities

  • Comply with established policies and operating guidelines

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related discipline
  • At least two years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related area
  • Proven ability to support client retention and growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent service skills
  • Knowledge of the print and digital market landscape
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and customer requirements
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Experience using SAP
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with contract renewals, negotiations, or territory-based account management is preferred
  • Experience finding business development or account expansion opportunities is preferred
  • Background in print, publishing, legal, or professional services is preferred
  • Experience working with sales teams and other internal business partners is preferred
