Case Examiner Extensions Coordinator (Hybrid, London)
Coordinate professional regulation case administration for the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Manage extension requests, case correspondence, register updates, and workflow progression for Case Examiners.

- Coordinate end-to-end support for the extensions mailbox service
- Organise and triage extension and submission requests
- Respond professionally and promptly to queries, requests, and submissions
- Assist Case Examiners while collaborating with the business manager, coordination team, and administration team
- Prepare and issue customer updates and Case Examiner decision letters through secure email
- Distribute decision letters, recommendations, and further-investigation communications
- Maintain accurate updates to the NMC register
- Move cases forward within the case management system
- Provide case management and drafting support when required
- Contribute to responsive customer care and timely case resolution
