- Strong organization skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Self-directed approach with clear ownership, accountability, and results focus
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, business applications, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in technology, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT solutions is preferred
- Experience working with channel partners, resellers, vendors, or indirect sales organizations is preferred
- Knowledge of customer enablement, pipeline management, and solution-selling methods is preferred
- Experience presenting to customers, conducting training, or demonstrating products is preferred
- Familiarity with data-led sales practices and business intelligence tools is preferred
