  • Manage a portfolio of clients and strengthen relationships with key contacts.
  • Understand client needs and the value they expect from CHAS.
  • Guide clients through the full journey, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Maintain customer engagement, resolve issues and reconnect with clients whose engagement has declined.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and conversations.
  • Help customers gain value from the service.
  • Find ways to increase contractor connections.
  • Identify and develop account growth and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Managers when an account has further growth potential.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and provide regular account updates.
  • Work across teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Use AI tools and working practices as part of the role and regular objective reviews.

  • Experience in customer success or key account management.
  • A track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisation and a focus on maintaining high service standards for clients.
  • Confident communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in supply chain compliance, environmental services, health and safety, or quality is an advantage.
  • Property management or governance, risk and compliance experience is welcome but not required.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for using technology and AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
