VIP Relationship Manager – France (Remote)
Manage VIP client acquisition, relationships, tailored support, and account services for Bybit in France. The role serves Polish- and German-speaking clients in the cryptocurrency exchange industry.
Description
- Acquire clients and manage relationships across a global VIP portfolio
- Deliver tailored VIP support and account management for Polish- and German-speaking clients
- Strengthen and grow existing client relationships through consistent, proactive communication
- Develop customer service processes and systems, establish management guidelines, and monitor key client statuses
- Evaluate client behavior, uncover emerging needs, and produce analysis reports for priority customers
- Coordinate with teams across the business to deliver effective service solutions and a strong customer experience
Requirements
- Experience managing portfolios that include institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers working with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
- Experience with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous
- Previous sales and client services experience in an international financial setting such as banking or investments is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities
- Genuine interest in the fast-changing cryptocurrency sector and awareness of current trends and innovations
- Fluency in Polish and German
