Senior Recruiter, High-Volume Hiring (Limited Term)

Lead high-volume recruiting for Cielo Talent clients, from sourcing strategy and hiring-manager intake through candidate offers. Work remotely while advising hiring leaders, building candidate pipelines, and mentoring recruiting colleagues.

Description

  • Run detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Share relevant labor market data and recommendations
  • Work with internal teams to plan and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
  • Assess candidates against role requirements and present strong candidate shortlists
  • Develop talent pipelines
  • Keep candidates informed with timely updates throughout the process
  • Work with hiring leaders to set offer details using market data and compensation guidelines
  • Coach recruiters and other team members
  • Represent client brands throughout the recruitment process
  • Advise hiring leaders with industry expertise and recruiting guidance
  • Present qualified talent and provide timely, proactive updates on search progress

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Substantial recruiting experience with a record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment
  • Familiarity with recruiting technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media tools
  • Knowledge of core human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics
  • English proficiency required
  • Must be based in the United States
  • Must be able to work Mountain or Central Time business hours
  • Candidates may be in Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time zones
  • Spanish language skills preferred
  • Knowledge of a specialized sector or industry
