Description
- Develop, train, and validate machine learning models for practical business challenges
- Analyze large datasets stored in the company’s AWS Data Lake
- Use Databricks for model experimentation, training, and production deployment
- Create data pipelines and workflows for model training
- Apply Databricks AutoML to accelerate experimentation and model development
- Carry out feature engineering and prepare data for analytical modeling
- Deploy and maintain production machine learning models and scoring workflows
- Track model performance, identify degradation, and determine when retraining is needed
- Partner with data engineering, BI, and data product teams
- Help advance the company’s intelligence platform
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
- Experience developing supervised and unsupervised machine learning models
- Knowledge of Databricks AutoML
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production
- Understanding of model scoring and inference pipelines
- Experience with feature engineering and preparing data for analytical models
- Proficiency in Python for data science
- Experience with scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM
- Experience handling data in Data Lake and Big Data environments
- Preferred: experience with MLflow
- Preferred: experience monitoring and governing machine learning models
- Preferred: experience with recommendation, segmentation, or propensity modeling
- Preferred: experience with AWS data environments
- Preferred: experience delivering advanced analytics projects and data products
