- Build GenAI solutions informed by Databricks research to address customer needs.
- Lead production launches of GenAI applications for both external users and internal teams.
- Advise customers across a range of domains on technical decisions.
- Present at events such as the Data + AI Summit.
- Work with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and product direction.
- Contribute to internal expert teams and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning, with tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or DSPy.
- Expertise deploying production-ready GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization.
- Substantial industry data science experience using tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Experience deploying production machine learning systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- A graduate degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, or operations research, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience explaining or teaching technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers as needed, approximately once every four to eight weeks.
