Description

  • Lead recruiting for assigned roles across multiple functions from intake through offer and close.
  • Align with hiring managers on role criteria, timelines, and realistic market and compensation expectations.
  • Find candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach, maintaining active ATS pipelines.
  • Keep candidates updated and deliver a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and report on pipeline progress, time to fill, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Maintain and contribute to the QMS.
  • Report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements

  • Bring 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Have recruited across more than one function.
  • Demonstrate strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring managers, including respectfully challenging assumptions when needed.
  • Use sound judgment to determine when to escalate a search.
  • Have hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Stay organized and dependable while managing requisitions at different stages.
  • Technical or engineering recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or supply chain companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with structured interviews and scorecards is preferred.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring is preferred.
