Network Operations Analyst – Systems Integration | OSC Global | Remote

Monitor, troubleshoot, and test enterprise IT infrastructure while supporting incident response and systems integration. Help OSC Global serve federal and defense customers through reliable operation of critical systems.

Description

  • Monitor and support enterprise infrastructure and services spanning networks, servers, databases, storage, applications, and websites
  • Coordinate responses to outages and service degradation, including detection, ticketing, escalation, communications, and recovery
  • Schedule and carry out Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) with minimal disruption to operations
  • Investigate incidents, interpret test findings, conduct root cause analyses, and confirm corrective measures
  • Plan, perform, and document integration, end-to-end, regression, and automated tests
  • Confirm system behavior, data movement, APIs, and interoperability between systems
  • Maintain and enhance monitoring platforms, dashboards, and automated testing tools while resolving related issues
  • Record defects, test outcomes, operational events, procedures, and recovery activities
  • Work with developers, engineers, product owners, and support teams to resolve problems and maintain operational readiness
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and initiatives that improve operational processes
  • Support a U.S. Government customer and mission-critical IT systems and services
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in network operations, systems integration testing, IT operations, or a related technical discipline
  • Background monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and supporting operational procedures
  • Experience conducting integration, system, or end-to-end testing
  • Experience in Agile environments with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background investigation
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Knowledge of IT operations, service monitoring, incident management, and systems integration testing practices
  • Understanding of infrastructure, networking, system architecture, and interactions between systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems, review logs, determine root causes, and verify fixes
  • Familiarity with automated testing and scripting or programming languages including Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js
  • Working knowledge of Agile methods and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to follow change and configuration management procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus standard collaboration and ticketing platforms
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Physical capability to work in confined rack spaces and complete the specified physical tasks
  • Preferred: associate degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred: experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise monitoring platforms and automated testing frameworks
  • Preferred: experience supporting government or mission-critical operations
  • Preferred: CCNP certification
  • Preferred: valid CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Preferred: active Secret clearance or higher
