Description

  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, supply agreements, and purchasing agreements.
  • Check contracts against Jabil policies, applicable laws, and industry practices.
  • Work with sales, procurement, engineering, and finance teams to clarify contract needs and advise on terms.
  • Oversee contracts from intake and execution through renewal or termination using contract management systems.
  • Spot and reduce contract risks, referring complex legal matters to senior counsel.
  • Keep contract files and related documentation accurate and organized.
  • Help create and roll out contract templates and standard procedures.
  • Train and assist internal teams with contract matters.
  • Contribute to special projects for the legal department as assigned.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience and qualifications to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, supply agreements, and purchasing agreements.
  • Knowledge of contract compliance with internal policies, applicable laws, and industry practices.
  • Ability to work with sales, procurement, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Experience using contract management systems.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate contract risks and refer complex legal issues to senior counsel.
  • Ability to maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Ability to assist with contract templates and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to train and support internal stakeholders on contract matters.
