Remote HRIS Analyst (Workday) — Mission Produce

Administer and improve Workday HCM at Mission Produce, a global fresh-produce company. Support bilingual workforce operations, maintain data integrity, and advance HR technology.

Description

  • Administer Workday HCM and related modules as a primary system contact.
  • Provide daily system support, troubleshoot issues, and assist users.
  • Investigate and resolve functional and technical HR system problems.
  • Handle tickets, service requests, and inquiries within service-level targets.
  • Find ways to simplify HR processes through automation and system improvements.
  • Keep up with Workday features, industry developments, and HR technology practices.
  • Help shape long-term HRIS strategy and roadmap work.
  • Support Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Scheduling, and other implemented modules.
  • Maintain data integrity, compliance, and reliable operations across a global workforce.
  • Work with cross-functional partners on scalable improvements to the employee and manager experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • At least five years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or HR systems
  • At least three years of hands-on Workday experience supporting Core HCM and related modules
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication in both
  • Experience configuring and supporting Workday business processes, security, and reporting
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities with limited supervision
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and customer service
  • Available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours
  • Experience supporting a global workforce across countries and time zones
  • Experience with Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Scheduling
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations, deployments, or major enhancement projects
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and workforce management processes
  • Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads
  • Workday certification or advanced Workday training
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational organization
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
