Logistics and Inventory Coordinator — Mexico (Remote)

Coordinate logistics and inventory activities for HireHawk’s B2B import/export operations in Mexico. Manage shipments, documentation, claims, inventory movements, and customer orders across international markets.

Description

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics partners
  • Monitor shipments from dispatch through delivery, escalating delays, exceptions, and missed milestones
  • Provide timely shipment updates to suppliers, warehouses, drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare, review, and verify bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs documents
  • Investigate and escalate discrepancies in weights, quantities, shipment records, documentation, and delivery details
  • Coordinate final-mile delivery needs and help address issues that may prevent successful delivery
  • Process, evaluate, and report product quality claims and shipment discrepancies
  • Oversee inventory transfers and warehouse logistics while keeping movement records accurate
  • Enter customer orders and maintain order data in Order Management and ERP systems
  • Produce recurring and on-demand logistics, order, claims, and shipment reports for Operations
  • Support B2B import/export and supply chain activities serving international customers, including markets in Latin America

Requirements

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, transportation, or a related operations role
  • Experience in B2B logistics or import/export operations involving international shipments
  • Practical experience coordinating domestic and international freight
  • Working knowledge of bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, customs paperwork, and related shipping documents
  • Fluent written English and strong professional email communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
  • Experience coordinating shipments involving Asia, Mexico, or Latin America
  • Experience handling logistics claims, product quality claims, shipment discrepancies, or documentation exceptions
  • Experience investigating mismatches in quantities, weights, invoices, or shipment documents
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using ERP, Order Management, inventory, or logistics tracking systems
