Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise data warehouse solutions
  • Build, optimize, and support ETL/ELT pipelines with modern integration tools and frameworks
  • Develop data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes in Microsoft Fabric
  • Manage Fabric Data Engineering workloads, including Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, Lakehouses, and Warehouses
  • Create dimensional models using Star and Snowflake schemas
  • Write and optimize complex T-SQL, including stored procedures, views, and functions
  • Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, and DAX measures
  • Develop large-scale data processing solutions with Python and PySpark
  • Monitor data quality, resolve issues, and apply data governance best practices
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions with business and technical teams
  • Contribute to architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions
  • Support deployments, monitoring, performance tuning, and production operations

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or business intelligence
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server, T-SQL development, SSIS, and enterprise data warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, including Star and Snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables, and Slowly Changing Dimensions
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and OneLake
  • Strong Python, PySpark, and Spark-based data processing experience
  • Advanced Power BI skills covering semantic models, dataset design, DAX, dashboards, and performance optimization
  • Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT frameworks, data quality, and data governance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach with a willingness to mentor and share knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid photo identification is required at the start of virtual interviews, except for internal candidates
  • Microsoft Fabric certifications are preferred
  • Azure Data Engineering experience is preferred
  • Experience implementing metadata-driven ingestion frameworks is preferred
  • Experience building audit, logging, and monitoring solutions is preferred
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices is preferred
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise analytics platforms is preferred
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
