Description
- Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, customer service, office, and sales positions
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, sourcing platforms, social media, and professional networks
- Work with hiring managers to define staffing needs, responsibilities, qualifications, and recruitment plans
- Interview candidates and assess their fit for open positions
- Develop and maintain partnerships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline
- At least three years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel to job fairs, recruiting events, and field locations
- Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Ability to work on-site
