Human Resources Manager - Fort Worth, TX Onsite

Lead human resources operations for DSV’s onsite Fort Worth logistics facility, covering recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. Supervise HR professionals while supporting warehouse-based teams.

Description

  • Partner with business leaders across sites, branches, and functions to provide HR leadership and guidance
  • Deliver strategic initiatives spanning talent and performance management, leadership development, engagement, change management, compensation, and benefits
  • Execute recruiting strategies for professional, managerial, administrative, maintenance, and warehouse roles
  • Create transition and change plans and lead related communications and engagement efforts
  • Build recruitment processes that support talent attraction and retention
  • Administer employment, employee and labor relations, compensation, performance management, benefits, recognition, training, staffing, and workforce communication programs
  • Coordinate training, development, and orientation for managers and employees
  • Advise and coach managers and employees on workplace issues and routine HR matters
  • Manage and coordinate employee recognition programs
  • Conduct exit interviews, evaluate findings, and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvements
  • Provide employee relations expertise and help define the local employee relations strategy
  • Support consultations and negotiations with employee representatives and resolve employee concerns
  • Advance diversity initiatives across the assigned area or country
  • Prepare and evaluate internal and external data and reports for business cases and regulatory needs
  • Travel as required
  • Lead, develop, and coach HR professionals while overseeing business requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or social sciences, plus at least five years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Comfort working in unregulated warehouse temperatures during warmer and colder months
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 21–50 pounds
  • Ability to frequently sit, bend, walk, and stand
  • Ability to reach above the shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel
  • Ability to travel by air and automobile
  • Ability to work in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Proficiency with computer and telephone equipment
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations when needed

Benefits

  • Annual base compensation ranging from $105,000 to $115,000
