Accounting Analyst — Remote in Brazil

Description
- Manage clients’ accounting routines and deliver work within established deadlines.
- Collaborate directly with assigned clients to understand their broader needs, not just individual requests.
- Develop a complete understanding of each client’s business to provide effective, relevant support.
- Process Real Profit taxation and Differentiated Tax Treatment when applicable.
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and consistently with clients and internal teams.
- Complete routine accounting tasks accurately and reliably before taking on more complex work.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting.
- Two to five years of relevant professional experience.
- Background working in an accounting firm.
- Active professional accounting registration with the CRC.
- Experience using the Domínio system, especially its Accounting modules, is preferred.
- Experience with Real Profit taxation and Differentiated Tax Treatment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand a client’s business comprehensively.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while staying proactive and avoiding complacency.
