Dental Implant Territory Sales Representative (Phoenix, Onsite)

Grow Dentsply Sirona’s MIS dental implant business by developing territory accounts and winning new customers. Build relationships with dental practices, convert competitor accounts, and increase revenue.

Description

  • Identify, qualify, and win new customers across the assigned territory.
  • Expand sales with existing customers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through prospecting calls, practice visits, referrals, study clubs, local events, and follow-up.
  • Present the Implants MIS product line to dental practices.
  • Create conversion plans tailored to each account.
  • Coordinate clinical education plans with the direct manager.
  • Lead product presentations, business conversations, and in-office demonstrations.
  • Encourage product trials, adoption, repeat use, and progress through the sales funnel.
  • Meet territory targets for growth, new accounts, customer share, funnel progress, and revenue.
  • Assess territory data, account potential, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Work with marketing, education, customer service, and sales leaders.
  • Keep CRM records and sales forecasts accurate.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Successful sales experience in B2B, dental, medical devices, or value-based commercial settings.
  • Experience selling dental implants or into specialty dental practices preferred.
  • Ability to win new business through proactive prospecting, competitor conversions, and territory pipeline development.
  • Resilient, self-directed approach with urgency and a strong drive to pursue new customers.
  • Ability to communicate value and distinguish offerings from competitors.
  • Ability to work with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, practice owners, and office leaders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
