Customer Supply Chain Coordinator – Philippines Remote
Coordinate customer orders, delivery estimates, carriers, and warehouse partners in a high-volume supply chain environment. Support order accuracy and issue resolution as part of NeoWork’s growing global team.
Description
- Keep customers and carrier contacts informed about order progress and expected delivery times
- Confirm that orders are correctly delivered to transportation and warehouse partners
- Accurately enter manual, sample, and other order types into the designated systems
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, carrier allocations, and order information
- Work with customers, carriers, warehouse partners, and internal colleagues to resolve order issues
- Handle a substantial email volume while delivering clear, professional, and prompt replies
- Use multiple web portals and systems at the same time to monitor and update orders
- Keep order and shipment records accurate across all relevant platforms
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong professional writing and email communication abilities
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or coordination
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing a high volume of email correspondence
- Accurate and efficient with data entry and order processing
- Confident using multiple web-based portals and business systems
- Available to work full-time during Chicago Time Zone (CDT/CST) hours
- NetSuite or comparable ERP experience is an advantage
- Experience using carrier and warehouse portals is an advantage
- Retail vendor portal experience is an advantage
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience is an advantage
- Background in transportation, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain operations is an advantage
