CRM Specialist – Caesars Entertainment (Hybrid)

Manage and optimize email, in-app, and push campaigns for Caesars Digital’s iGaming platforms. Improve player retention through segmentation, testing, performance reporting, and oversight of player communications.

Description

  • Create, segment, and launch remarketing campaigns across email, in-app, and push channels
  • Build and proofread emails, test links, and verify audience record counts
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests for CRM campaigns
  • Monitor and report campaign performance to identify improvements and support updates to the Director
  • Maintain alignment with current CRM industry best practices
  • Supervise coordinators, delegate assignments, and support onboarding and training for new employees
  • Provide preliminary approval for player-facing communications
  • Manage CRM campaigns across relevant channels to support player retention
  • Develop CRM strategy and lifecycle campaigns designed to maximize retention

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience is required
  • At least two years of experience with Salesforce and/or Optimove is an asset
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational abilities
  • HTML proficiency is helpful but not required
  • Gaming-industry knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Strong organization and the ability to prioritize work for yourself and others
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence
  • Enthusiasm and energy for taking on a new challenge
  • Ability to navigate a complex regulatory environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain New Jersey Gaming Control Board registration and any other legally required certification or license
  • Ability to sit, type, speak on the phone, and write for extended periods
