Requirements

An active Property & Casualty insurance license
Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
Sound business judgment with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Experience delivering process improvements and operational excellence
Ability to interpret performance data and use metrics to improve results
Strong knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics
A record of creating excellent experiences for clients and colleagues
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
At least five years of progressive experience in Commercial insurance, financial services, professional services, or a related industry
Commercial transportation insurance experience
At least two years of team-management experience, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and talent development
Experience managing operational resources, workforce planning, and budgets
Experience supporting business development, client retention, and growth initiatives
Relevant industry licenses, certifications, or designations highly preferred
