Requirements
- Background in billing, invoicing, or accounts administration
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
- Strong numerical skills and careful attention to detail
- Clear written English for handling customer questions
- Reliable laptop and stable fibre internet connection
- Experience with recurring or subscription billing is an advantage
- Familiarity with UK VAT invoicing is an advantage
- Experience preparing reports in Excel is an advantage
