Commercial Intelligence and Sales Administration Coordinator

Coordinate commercial intelligence at Grupo Tigre, a multinational manufacturer of water and construction solutions. Lead process automation, KPI management, target setting, and governance initiatives that support sales performance.

Description

  • Develop and operate a sales intelligence methodology that combines field insights with identified needs and opportunities to stimulate demand.
  • Establish commercial and marketing KPIs, track variances, and help deliver revenue, margin, product mix, expense, and operating-result budgets.
  • Design, assess, and continually improve commercial intelligence processes by simplifying, digitizing, and automating routines, tools, reports, and dashboards.
  • Set, allocate, and track monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Channel Sales Force needs and opportunities into the organization through the S&OE cycle, while identifying internal opportunities with sales potential.
  • Create KPIs that enable commercial leaders and executives to make informed decisions.
  • Support the commercial team by identifying near-term opportunities and facilitating internal execution.
  • Develop and maintain indicators covering revenue-budget performance, product-mix progress, and recovery of churned customers.
  • Oversee distributor and other channel sell-out data and coordinate related initiatives and opportunities.
  • Help executive leadership, commercial management, marketing, pricing, and operations develop and execute campaigns, promotions, engagement programs, and other strategies.
  • Manage sales operations workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Govern commercial routines, interaction calendars, results management, and the planning and delivery of in-person or remote visits.
  • Drive the Commercial Intelligence team toward planned goals through KPI reviews and action plans.
  • Maintain team alignment and motivation through daily follow-up, performance reviews, direction, and training.
  • Advance processes and tools that improve Commercial Back Office and sales-team performance.
  • Support employees’ professional and personal growth through individual feedback.
  • Maintain compliance and standardization across policies, procedures, processes, commercial practices, and compliance obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and interpreting commercial, financial, and marketing KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of sales funnels and commercial performance metrics.
  • Experience leading Sales Administration or Commercial Demand teams and managing projects focused on commercial governance.
  • Experience implementing, migrating, or improving commercial systems and tools, including process alignment, cross-functional integration, and team training.
  • Specialization or MBA in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or Business, Commercial, or Corporate Management.
