Build and optimize Azure-based data pipelines and platforms for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Support enterprise analytics, reporting, and operational data initiatives across multiple business domains.
विवरण
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure storage services
- Load data from relational databases, APIs, and file-based sources into Azure platforms
- Create transformations on HPCC with ECL and in Azure with SparkSQL and PySpark
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Azure Databricks notebooks and jobs
- Implement high-performance Spark workloads for large-scale data processing
- Create data models on HPCC with ECL and in Delta Lake, Parquet, or comparable columnar formats
- Tune ECL, SQL, and Spark workloads for scalability and performance
- Partner with analysts, data scientists, and application teams to define data needs and advance engineering practices

- Advanced SQL skills and strong command of data transformation logic
- Working knowledge of data warehousing principles and ETL/ELT approaches
- Practical experience with Azure Databricks, Spark SQL, and PySpark
- Experience using Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, and Azure SQL or Synapse
- Background handling large structured and semi-structured datasets
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices
- Willingness to learn new technologies and operational processes
- Understanding of the full SDLC, from requirements and design through maintenance
- Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices
- Capability to gather, clarify, and document requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with insurance terminology
