Senior Sales Recruiter

- Set search strategies and guide interview teams toward effective, efficient hiring.
- Manage recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain qualified pipelines for Sales openings.
- Work with executive and Sales leadership to meet hiring targets.
- Find and engage strong candidates across global markets.
- Reach out to candidates and screen them through multiple channels.
- Create and coordinate interview processes tailored to each role.
- Guide candidates as their main contact throughout interviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams through Slack and Zoom.
- Support onboarding with virtual introductions and Zoom coffees.

- Experience guiding hiring managers through the full recruiting process for sales roles.
