Support customers purchasing exterior building products through accurate quoting, order management, scheduling, claims handling, and responsive service. The role also contributes to customer retention, new-business development, and sales support.

  • Prepare accurate quotes, purchase orders, and work orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Maintain and expand sales among active and inactive existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Enter customer orders accurately in Oracle.
  • Coordinate scheduling and deliveries across multiple plant locations.
  • Build product knowledge and resolve customer support questions.
  • Manage claims, account reconciliation, and related transactions.
  • Route communications promptly to the appropriate internal function.
  • Answer inbound calls and address basic customer needs.
  • Coordinate communication between manufacturing teams and customers.
  • Learn the assigned commercial and industrial product line.
  • Prepare quotes in support of Outside Sales.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Strong mathematical ability to calculate square footage and support product-order decisions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to learn and apply training, interpret information, and use sound judgment in individual situations.
  • Able to make proactive decisions that address customer needs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of project management and negotiation practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to interpret building drawings.
  • At least two years of post-secondary education required.
  • Experience selling construction products for two or more years is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual ability is preferred but not required.
  • Previous roofing experience is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
