Senior HR Business Partner supporting frontline employees and site leadership at L3Harris Technologies’ Brighton aerospace manufacturing operation. The role covers talent management, workforce planning, analytics, employee engagement, and change management.

- Serve as the primary day-to-day HR contact for frontline employees
- Advise employees and leaders on HR processes, policies, and standard practices
- Provide direct HR support to site leaders and employees
- Work with business leaders, HR business partners, and Centers of Excellence to deliver strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Division and Sector HR teams to advance enterprise HR strategies
- Use workforce trends and analytics to make proactive recommendations and develop solutions
- Diagnose workplace issues and implement root-cause solutions that improve employee engagement and experience
- Build effective relationships with functional HR business partners to influence business priorities
- Lead the full talent management cycle for site leadership, including workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and compensation
- Manage HR projects and special initiatives across and beyond the HR function
- Lead change management activities
आवश्यकताएँ
- A degree with substantial relevant experience, CIPD certification, or another HR qualification
- Progressive experience working as an HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting employees and leaders at multiple organisational levels
- Experience in a matrix organisation and government contracting is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and consulting capabilities
- A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR systems including PeopleSoft, Oracle, and SuccessFactors
- The right to work in the UK
- Eligibility to access classified information
- Willingness to undergo government security checks
