  • Lead monitoring activities for assigned clinical trials, from site initiation through routine monitoring and close-out visits
  • Maintain compliance with study protocols, GCP, ICH, SOPs, and applicable regulations
  • Develop trusted site relationships as a primary contact while supporting accurate, high-quality data collection
  • Investigate and resolve site issues, escalating risks when necessary to protect trial integrity and patient safety
  • Support regulatory affairs, site activation, and study startup activities
  • Manage investigator-site relationships and coordinate effectively between sponsors and sites
  • Travel throughout Israel

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of experience leading monitoring activities in complex clinical trials, ideally in oncology or rare disease
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines
  • Confident written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel as required
