- Build a distinctive, credible, and consistent Zinc brand as the company expands internationally
- Apply Zinc’s brand framework and visual toolkit across marketing materials
- Create scalable brand systems, workflows, and playbooks
- Design digital and physical materials in Figma and InDesign, including campaigns, social and advertising assets, print materials, event stands, and collateral
- Partner with Brand and Content, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing teams
- Facilitate campaign creative sessions and develop memorable concepts
- Manage and mentor the web and creative designers, Jenny and Ren
- Set creative priorities and help develop the team into a high-performing production function
- Protect a consistent, credible visual identity across new markets
- Build systems, processes, photography, and collateral that reflect regional and commercial requirements
- Evaluate progress through brand consistency, creative impact, system development, team growth, international reach, and production speed
आवश्यकताएँ
- Substantial design experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or a fast-growing company
- A well-developed point of view on high-quality B2B SaaS brand identity
- Practical experience producing work across digital and physical formats
- A record of creating brand systems that scale across varied touchpoints
- Experience extending brand systems across multiple markets
- A hands-on player-coach who can lead and develop a team while continuing to design
- Demonstrated experience establishing scalable brand and creative systems
- Experience managing people
- Proficiency in Figma and InDesign, or equivalent Adobe tools
- Video production or editing skills are advantageous
- Examples of independently taking work from an initial brief through to launch
- Confidence working with incomplete briefs, questioning assumptions, and shaping effective solutions
- Experience designing for audiences that require trust and credibility is advantageous
- Motion design or advanced prototyping experience is advantageous
