Remote Client Service Associate - Florida
Support client operations remotely for a Tampa-based financial planning and investment management firm. Responsibilities include trade processing, account paperwork, CRM administration, billing, and client communication.

- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries
- Process trade orders submitted by financial advisors
- Handle account-opening applications, transfer documentation, money movements, and related custodial tasks
- Maintain CRM notes, activities, workflows, and reports
- Coordinate and complete client deliverables following advisor meetings
- Contact clients by phone and email about scheduling, paperwork, and follow-up actions
- Contribute to improvements in operational processes
- Resolve issues while maintaining a high standard of client service
- Support client billing activities
- Complete Zoom interviews and assessments as part of the hiring process
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience in financial services
- Previous experience working remotely
- Strong proficiency with technology, third-party software, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and manage time effectively
- Ability to learn and adopt new technology and software quickly
- Clear communication skills with clients and colleagues, plus the ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to follow office procedures and policies governing operations and client privacy
- Availability to work in either the Eastern or Central time zone
