  • Create and maintain advanced Excel workbooks, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Analyze ServiceNow records, relationships, workflows, reports, dashboards, and ITSM operational data.
  • Reconcile, validate, analyze, and report on data from ServiceNow and other program sources.
  • Find data gaps, inconsistencies, reporting anomalies, and process issues; investigate causes and recommend corrections.
  • Resolve ServiceNow data and workflow discrepancies involving RITMs, SCTasks, incidents, changes, configuration items, and related records.
  • Make reporting accurate and repeatable, improving efficiency and reducing manual work through standardization or automation.
  • Turn complex operational, technical, and service performance information into executive-ready presentations, dashboards, charts, and management summaries.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for program leaders, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize program information in SharePoint and Microsoft 365, managing libraries, lists, metadata, version history, and permissions.
  • Map and assess operational processes, workflows, handoffs, and dependencies using Visio or similar tools.
  • Work with technical teams, service owners, program leaders, and stakeholders to define needs, verify information, resolve reporting or system problems, and improve operations.
  • Provide analytical and technical support for high-priority program activities, deliverables, risks, issues, and management actions.
  • Take ownership of assigned operational, reporting, or data problems through analysis, resolution, quality checks, and delivery.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, management information systems, business analytics, business administration, data analytics, or a related field, plus 3–5 or more years of relevant experience in technical program operations, operational reporting, data analysis, IT service management, business systems analysis, or similar work.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience independently using operational data and enterprise business systems to solve complex reporting or process problems.
  • Experience supporting complex programs or managed services environments is strongly preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a CJIS background check.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, conditional formatting, data validation, and chart creation.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to turn data and narratives into polished, executive-ready presentations.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow as a power user, including platform navigation, reports and filters, records and tickets, and CMDB or ITSM modules or catalog requests.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 document management, lists, permissions, and version control.
  • ITIL Foundation certification, version 4 or 5, is preferred.
  • Experience supporting state, local, or federal government contracts is preferred.
