Senior Workday HR Systems Analyst
Configure and support Workday HR systems for White Cap, including modules, reports, integrations, and process improvements. This senior role supports HR operations at a United States remote location.

- Plan and maintain White Cap’s Workday HRIS.
- Configure Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Talent Management modules.
- Audit records and resolve data discrepancies to protect data integrity.
- Provide technical support and training to HR associates.
- Improve HR operations through process changes and system enhancements.
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for HR decisions and planning.
- Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
- Lead or contribute to HRIS upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
- Explain system changes and benefits.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Work with HR and IT to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
- Resolve complex issues, develop solutions independently, and make decisions when outcomes are uncertain.
- May coordinate projects and assignments by planning work, assigning tasks, tracking progress and accuracy, reviewing results, and assessing outcomes.
- Support employee development without hiring or firing authority.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is typically required; a master’s degree may be accepted with generally 3–5 years of related experience.
- At least five years of experience with the full Workday ecosystem.
- Experience as a Workday subject matter expert, including complex system configuration and setup.
- Ability to create advanced reports and dashboards with Report Writer and Discovery Boards.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Workday certification in relevant modules is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with business partners and colleagues in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented and detail-focused, with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, work independently, and contribute as a team member.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Certification is required in some areas.
