  • Set and deliver the MBSE strategy and roadmap for System Solutions.
  • Develop advanced MBSE capabilities for use and support across business units.
  • Design, build, and validate MBSE models throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Deploy reference architectures, modeling standards, and engineering best practices.
  • Guide engineering teams with technical leadership.
  • Coordinate with System Method Representatives and System Discipline Boards.
  • Work with the Digital Product Lifecycle Technical Advisory Board.
  • Align MBSE adopters across business units and coordinate their adoption work.
  • Manage dependencies with System Solutions teams and the System Program Manager.
  • Provide technical input, progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations.
  • Connect MBSE tools with hardware design, analysis tools, and the wider digital engineering environment.
  • Lead tool and environment integrations, conduct trade studies, and create system interface descriptions.
  • Improve connections between MBSE tools and digital thread solutions.
  • Contribute MBSE methods to proposals and business development.
  • Coach and train early-career systems engineers.
  • Travel up to 15% when needed for program work and collaboration.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • A STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, Teamwork Cloud, and SysML modeling.
  • Familiarity or experience with the MagicGrid methodology.
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or Polarion.
  • Experience with Modelica systems models, such as Dymola, Modelon, or Amesim.
  • Experience with Syndeia and Ansys ModelCenter.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management tools such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Polarion, or GIT.
  • Demonstrated experience in system development processes, including requirements design, integration, testing, and verification.
  • Experience in aerospace or another highly regulated engineering environment.
  • Experience in configuration-controlled environments, including problem reports and change requests.
  • Ability to work during Eastern Time Zone core hours and with global teams, including teams in India Standard Time.
  • Knowledge of or experience with SysML V2 or KerML preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines preferred.
  • Experience with Product Line Engineering methods and tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of mechanical or electrical design and analysis tools preferred.
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall product development lifecycles preferred.
  • Experience or interest in Digital Thread or Integrated Digital Environment processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital twin concepts preferred.
  • Familiarity with Product Line Engineering and applying its concepts to SysML models preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital ecosystems and data connectivity through digital threads preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Kibana, or Grafana preferred.
  • OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with the OMG Object-Oriented Systems Engineering Method (OOSEM) preferred.
  • INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) certification preferred.
  • Completion of a MBSE Champions Program or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Practical project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
