- Answer customer calls and handle inquiries.
- Resolve user questions with prompt, effective solutions and alternatives.
- Recommend plan upgrades that benefit customers.
- Work remotely as a customer service advisor in a contact center.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Secondary education studies.
- No professional experience is required.
- A positive attitude, commitment and eagerness to grow in the contact center field.
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with a rotating weekly day off.
- Availability for one of these shifts: 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
- Availability to work remotely.
