- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close
- Guide hiring managers as their primary recruiting partner and promote a consistent selection process
- Build candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, and inbound applications
- Maintain a reliable candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding handoff
- Develop and improve recruiting workflows, processes, and operating practices for scale
- Administer requisitions, pipeline metrics, and reporting through ATS and HRIS platforms
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce plans and projected hiring needs

आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization
- Ability to manage recruiting end to end, from intake through offer and close, with limited supervision
- Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system
- HRIS experience is required; Workday experience is strongly preferred
- Experience creating or enhancing recruiting processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
- Capacity to handle a high-volume and varied requisition portfolio at the same time
- Comfort working through ambiguity and adjusting quickly when priorities change
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- Availability to work fully on-site as specified in the application form
