- Guide candidates through each stage of their British Army recruitment journey
- Keep candidate records and internal notes accurate and up to date
- Take ownership of performance targets and work to exceed them
- Recommend improvements to the candidate experience and internal processes
- Work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide responsive support to regional recruiters
- Help deliver a smooth recruitment process for Regular Army and Reserve applicants
