Tavsif

  • Lead a medium to large client processing team or several smaller teams.
  • Oversee client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transaction processing, and issue resolution.
  • Direct client processing through other managers or a large team of senior professionals.
  • Resolve escalated issues for external clients when lower-level support has not succeeded.
  • Ensure work volumes meet product and service standards and exceed quality expectations.
  • Review work and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Recruit, guide, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Support staff contributions, professional development, and effective teamwork.
  • Contribute to departmental budgets and planning.
  • Develop operating plans for teams or groups as needed.
  • Advance team objectives.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • An advanced or graduate degree is preferred.
  • Seven to ten years of total work experience is preferred.
  • One to three years of management experience is preferred.
  • Brokerage processing experience is preferred.
  • Obtain applicable local or regional licenses and certifications as required by the business.
  • Ability to manage client processing teams and senior professionals.
  • Experience managing client accounts, inquiries, transaction processing, and issue resolution.
