aion builds on-demand infrastructure for AI developers, combining scalable GPU compute with data management, model training, and deployment in one workspace. The company operates across artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and SaaS, with a vertically integrated hardware and services approach designed to reduce compute bottlenecks. Its platform offers usage without long-term commitments and emphasizes transparent pricing.

Senior Product Designer, Enterprise AI

Shape end-to-end UX and interface design for Aion’s enterprise AI platform, including complex AI experiences that can produce variable results. Build intuitive interfaces and a design system for products used in demanding professional workflows.

Tavsif

  • Turn loosely defined problems into clear user flows, information architecture, and interaction models.
  • Design all screen states, including empty, loading, partial, error, and unexpected edge cases.
  • Lead visual design across typography, layout, color, iconography, and hierarchy.
  • Define interactions and motion in enough detail for engineers to implement them accurately.
  • Build and refine the design system.
  • Inspect shipped designs at multiple scales and catch visual or motion issues such as misalignment, incorrect easing, and clipped labels.
  • Test designs with users and iterate to simplify and improve the experience.

Talablar

  • At least six years of product design experience, including shipping complex products end to end.
  • Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing, and translate findings into decisions.
  • Frame problems by defining user needs, jobs to be done, and success measures before designing screens.
  • Map end-to-end journeys and service blueprints across touchpoints, handoffs, and failure paths.
  • Create and test task flows and wireframes that cover branches, edge cases, and errors before visual design begins.
  • Develop and validate information architecture, content models, navigation, and labels using methods such as card sorting and tree testing.
  • Apply interaction design principles—including mental models, affordances, feedback, and system status—consistently across a product.
  • Evaluate experiences through heuristic reviews and usability measures such as task success, time on task, and error rate.
  • Establish a clear focal point on each screen using scale, weight, contrast, and spacing rather than decoration.
  • Use typography thoughtfully, including type scales, optical sizing, tracking, tabular figures, and layouts that support larger text.
  • Create grid-based layouts with consistent spacing, pixel-aligned elements, optical adjustments, and visual checks beyond measurement alone.
  • Build semantic color systems for light and dark themes, with perceptually balanced palettes in OKLCH or Display P3.
  • Use elevation, shadows, translucency, blur, continuous corner curves, and concentric radii to communicate interactivity and layering.
  • Design component states for default, hover, pressed, focus, selected, disabled, loading, and error conditions.
  • Build design systems with primitive and semantic tokens, variables and modes, reusable component variants, and practical documentation.
  • Create iconography with consistent grids, strokes, and corner treatments that remain legible at small sizes.
  • Design fluid, interruptible spring-based motion that follows user input, preserves momentum on release, and clearly choreographs entrances, transitions, and exits.
  • Know desktop, web, and mobile conventions well and exercise judgment about when to depart from them.
  • Design for accessibility from the outset to WCAG 2.2 AA, including contrast, focus order, larger text, reduced motion, and screen-reader labels.
  • Use Figma at an expert level, including variables and modes, component properties, auto layout, advanced prototyping, and Figma Motion.
  • Use After Effects, Rive, or ProtoPie when an interaction needs to be experienced rather than described.
  • Design interfaces for streamed, non-deterministic outputs that may sometimes be incorrect.
  • Create patterns that keep users in control through review, correction, undo, and clear failure states.
  • Build trust through clarity in the interface.
  • Preferred: experience with illustration, iconography, or brand identity.
  • Preferred: industrial, print, or type design experience where precision matters.
  • Preferred: experience designing dense professional tools such as editors, dashboards, or developer products.
  • Preferred: public-facing work such as writing, talks, or side projects.

Imtiyozlar

  • Work directly with experienced founders on technical and product strategy.
  • Build infrastructure intended to power AI computing worldwide.
  • Take on substantial ownership and influence, with equity tied to contributions.
  • Receive competitive compensation, flexible work options, and wellness benefits.
