Tavsif

  • Gather complex requirements for talent systems from business stakeholders.
  • Analyze and improve talent processes using SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
  • Partner with data architecture and technical teams to shape data integration strategy.
  • Support accurate, efficient data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Design integrated solutions covering technical requirements, data mapping, security and role-based permissions, and system functionality.
  • Analyze talent data and present trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare requirements, process flows, use cases, data maps, and related project documentation.
  • Work with business stakeholders, executives, and project teams to align on and deliver objectives.
  • Apply sound practices for data quality, testing, and validation.
  • Guide change management to help teams adopt new systems and processes.
  • Find opportunities to improve processes and recommend enhancements to business workflows and system functionality.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors are preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior business analyst specializing in talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.
  • Eight to ten years of industry experience, preferably in talent.
  • Detailed understanding of talent processes, system capabilities, data integration methods, and established practices.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, database query languages such as SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical ability, including turning complex data into practical insights.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work virtually with teams around the world.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Positive, adaptable approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-focused work style.
  • Able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
