Tavsif

  • Investigate and resolve credit disputes and reporting discrepancies
  • Coordinate with credit reporting agencies and update records through Provana and Sonnet
  • Track dispute requests to uncover service and system issues
  • Record dispute outcomes in the core system and authorized dispute-management platform
  • Analyze complex requests and complete updates within regulatory deadlines
  • Review reports for compliance with timelines, procedures, and regulations
  • Evaluate report findings and brief management on status, issues, and proposed resolutions
  • Maintain working knowledge of credit union compliance laws and regulations
  • Develop process improvements and submit procedural changes for approval
  • Resolve issues that fall outside standard business processes
  • Participate in credit bureau reporting meetings and related projects
  • Supply documentation and information for regulatory reviews and audits
  • Assist with departmental work and other assigned responsibilities
  • Update management on activities, trends, progress, and significant concerns
  • Research and respond to member complaints when needed
  • Provide timely, appropriate service to members and colleagues
  • Foster constructive and productive relationships across the organization

Talablar

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of financial institution experience involving member service, detailed research, credit report review, and corrections
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as internet and email tools
  • At least two years of experience handling AUD, direct, and indirect loan disputes
  • Familiarity with consumer dispute management software
  • Intermediate interpersonal abilities
  • Intermediate communication abilities
  • Intermediate attention to detail
  • Spanish bilingual skills are preferred
  • Ability to interpret and apply state and federal credit union compliance laws and regulations
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify
