Tavsif

  • Oversee assigned provider accounts within a designated territory to support prescription access
  • Explain access services and reimbursement solutions to healthcare providers and office staff in line with manufacturer requirements and the BlinkRx platform
  • Deliver compliant, consultative guidance on BlinkRx access services and prior-authorization processes
  • Help providers and staff understand BlinkRx services and benefits so patients can begin and continue prescribed therapies
  • Reconfirm patient benefits and increase provider adoption of BlinkRx
  • Make proactive outbound phone calls to provider offices
  • Spot growth opportunities and present access solutions for new and existing patients
  • Maintain account communications and provider relationships across the assigned territory
  • Schedule recurring touchpoints, monitor engagement, and maintain consistent service
  • Act as the initial contact for prescription and patient-related questions
  • Develop relationships with practices and offices while addressing access barriers
  • Create tailored provider profiles covering prior-authorization support preferences and status updates
  • Assist the Brand Field team with healthcare provider and BlinkRx inquiries
  • Connect partner field representatives with BlinkRx
  • Send approved patient-status communications to healthcare providers

Talablar

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required to serve Spanish-speaking clients effectively
  • Experience in pharmacy sales, healthcare account management, or outbound sales within healthcare or pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of prescription workflows across provider offices and pharmacy channels
  • A solution-focused approach paired with strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Comfort making outbound calls, introducing products or services, and advancing conversations
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require, including for internal training, industry conferences, and occasional in-person healthcare provider visits
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple projects through completion with limited supervision
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Commitment to strict confidentiality and sound professional judgment
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time
  • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce and a softphone system is preferred
